The Town of Happyville will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM to consider a proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance regarding short-term rental properties in residential zones. All interested residents are encouraged to attend and provide public comment. The proposed text is available for review at the Town Clerk’s office and on the town website.
