In accordance with applicable Open Records Law, we are committed to transparency and providing access to public records maintained.

You have the right to request public records related to town operations, decisions, communications, and financial information unless those records are exempt under state or federal law.


What Can Be Requested?

Public records may include:

  • Council meeting agendas and minutes

  • Budgets, expenditures, and contracts

  • Permits and licenses

  • Public employee salary ranges

  • Planning and zoning documents

  • Correspondence related to official actions

⚠️ Exemptions
Some records may be partially redacted or withheld if they include:

  • Personal identifying information (e.g., Social Security numbers)

  • Law enforcement investigations

  • Medical or personnel records

  • Attorney-client privileged communications
